DIKU Career Fair 2017 - the start to your future in it

Participate in the annual DIKU Career Fair and meet a wide range of interesting Danish and international companies that develop software in areas such as financial it, transport technology, public it, learning, business intelligence, data management, 3D scanning, game development and much more.

Gain insight into which career directions you can choose and what the companies are looking for. Get in contact with the companies that interest you and find out which competences and skills the various positions require.

The Career Fair can be your way to a job after your studies as well as study jobs, business projects and collaboration with companies. Maybe you will meet your future employer?

For students at it related study programmes at UCPH

DIKU Career Fair 2017 is for students in both computer science as well as other it related study programmes at UCPH. The Career Fair is targeted at both bachelor, master and international students.

Practical info

This year, the Career Fair will take place in Vandrehallen at HC Ørsteds Instituttet - to have room for even more companies.

Programme

The following activities will be a part of the programme:

  • 1 Minute of Madness: The afternoon will be kicked off with a quick introduction of all the participating companies in Aud 4. Each company will have 1 minute and 1 slide to present itself. This way you will get a quick overview of all the companies and be able to concentrate on visiting the companies that interest you the most in the stands afterwards.
  • Talks: During the afternoon there will be a couple of talks in Aud 4. More information TBA.
  • Company Dating: Company Dating is your opportunity to 'date' specific companies one on one in 8-10 minutes and have a talk about collaboration and job opportunities in a more relaxed atmosphere. More information about registration etc. TBA.
  • Food and drinks: During the afternoon there will be coffee, tea and cake. Later in the afternoon there will be snacks and buffet for everyone.
