[Cocci] new version

Coccinelle version 0.2.2-rc1 is now available.  In this version we have 
addressed some recent requests, including:

* Multiple include paths, specified using -I.  Note that -all_includes is 
often necessary to benefit from this feature.

* Insensitivity to whether / appears at the end of directory names.

* Elimination of the space after * in added code.

* Ability to add blank lines using +
