[Cocci] Is constant propagation possible?

I found that gcp which is a member of cocci instance on the paper, 'Hunting
bugs with Coccinelle'

However, I just got this list typing dir(cocci)

['__doc__', '__init__', '__module__', 'cocci_file', 'combine', 'finalise',
'has_env_binding', 'include_match', 'print_main', 'print_sec', 'print_secs',
'register_match']

Can't I use gcp anymore?
