[Cocci] Coccinelle's quick start guide

Thank you for your interest in Coccinelle.  You may find some articles 
that appeared in LWN to be useful.  They are on the documentation page:

There are also some hints on the wiki referenced from that page, but 
perhaps not as many as there should be :)
