PhD Studentship in Computer Vision and Machine Learning

School of Computing, University of Leeds

Applications are invited for a PhD studentship to work on activity
recognition in computer vision. The research will be carried out in
conjunction with a wider research project that is investigating visual
attention in a realistic setting; through developing a cognitive model
that explains human behaviour in a task involving naturalistic stimuli
and high cognitive load. This is a collaboration between the School of
Computing at the University of Leeds, and the Department of Experimental
Psychology at the University Bristol.

The successful candidate will join our Computer Vision group
(www.comp.leeds.ac.uk/vision). The studentship is open to citizens of
any country. Non-EU applicants will be required to make-up the
difference between UK/EU and non-EU fee levels.

You can submit an application at
