premature babies using high resolution MRI.
The applicants should have a PhD (computer science, electrical
engineering, biomedical engineering or related) and preferably a
background in computer vision or medical image analysis. They should
have demonstrated skills in algorithm development and implementation,
and in written and verbal communication. Specific experience in the
areas of shape analysis, image segmentation or image registration
would be valuable.
The research is part of a five year NIH project at UCSF and is
integrated with other ongoing research projects in fetal imaging and
adult brain morphometry.
