Mission:

We are looking for a software engineer joining our R&D team in Paris. Your
task will be to interface between the product and research teams. This
involves diverse tasks for bringing the next generation algorithms from
the lab into a real world application. This includes:


* Implementation and integration  of new algorithms and functionalities.
* Optimization of existing software.
* Maintenance of the build system for Windows and Linux.
* Integration and validation of new functions of the automatic testing
   environment.
* Algorithm evaluation.


Requirements:

Are you an engineer with the desire to work in a dynamic environment, do
you want to learn, are you autonomous and do you like the challenge of
state-of-the-art industrial research? If you also meet the following
requirements, we are looking forward hearing from you soon!

* BS/MS in Computer Science or related field/degree, and/or equivalent
   work experience.
* Expertise in data structures, algorithms and complexity analysis.
* Ability to handle periodic maintenance tasks as well as out-of-band
   requests.
* Fluency in C/C++.
* Familiarity with one or more of: Python, Perl, Shell, PHP.
* Solid knowledge of developing under Windows and Linux.
* Knowledge in image processing and/or retrieval is a plus.
* Fluent in French and English.
